BIOGRAPHY
Prof. Michael & Dr. Enojare “Noja” Uadiale are the co-founders of the Adesuwa-Uadiale Foundation, established in loving memory of their late daughter, Adesuwa, whose brief but meaningful life continues to inspire their mission of service and compassion.
Together, they are visionary leaders, ordained ministers, and entrepreneurs with a heart for community transformation. Prof. Michael, a respected CPA and educator, and Dr. Noja, a life coach, author, and humanitarian award recipient, have dedicated over three decades to empowering lives through ministry, business, and philanthropy.
In 2006, they founded Friendx of Africa, a nonprofit that has provided free healthcare and humanitarian services across nations including Nigeria, Ghana, Ethiopia, Liberia, Kenya, Tanzania, Malawi, Cameroon, and Uganda. Through medical missions and outreach, thousands have received care, hope, and dignity.
Their drive to empower others has also birthed initiatives such as the Financial Freedom Academy, IGNITE Your Next Frontier, Jewels of Excellence, and the B.O.L.D. Program (Building Opportunities for Leaders to Dominate), each designed to raise God-fearing champions, develop strong leaders, and equip individuals for success in business, community, and life.
Through the Adesuwa-Uadiale Foundation, they continue this legacy of compassion - honoring Adesuwa’s name, which means “Surrounded by Wealth” by surrounding communities with opportunity, empowerment, and love.

Our Story
The name Adesuwa means "Born Into Wealth" in the Esan language, a name traditionally given to princesses. Though Adesuwa’s time on earth was short, she embodied true wealth: the wealth of kindness, compassion, and selflessness. The Adesuwa-Uadiale Foundation was established to ensure that her legacy of love and generosity continues to uplift others. Our programs are a living tribute to her—a reflection of her spirit that continues to bless lives today.
